The Final Fantasy 8 remaster follows the news of developers recreating the seventh game within the series. Game developers for the seventh game have said that their focus is to modernize the RPG classic. Yoshinori Kitase, producer, says, “we wanted to go beyond the original and tell the story in a much deeper way, write a much more modern and fresh game experience.” The remake is confirmed to focus more on the characters, their storylines, and the development of each of their personalities.
Final Fantasy 8 remaster will be released on September 3, 2019, and available to users on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
