Remain calm, everyone! Ryan Murphy just announced the cast and hinted at the theme for AHS: Season 10!!!!!
Ryan, the writer ofAmerican Horror Story, posted a cast announcement video to his Instagram early this morning.
From the video we can see that we have so many fan favorites back like Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Lily Rabe, Finn Wittrok, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Billie Lourde and Angelica Ross. We also have a new face joining the ensemble, Macauley Culkin. Yes… The kid from Home Alone.
We weren’t given a definite title of the season, but by the beach in the background, we’re assuming it’s going to be like Survivor meets Castaway.
Be sure to keep coming back for updates about AHS: Season 10!
If you are an avid MDRN MAG fan you might remember our theories and explanationS article that we put out before 1984 even aired. If you didn’t let us do a quick recap!
Before the season even hit televisions, we predicted that this season would have “sex and lust” as a major theme… And we were right. How did we guess this? Well we have the theory that each of the seasons is a different circle of hell in Dante’s Inferno. And Lust was the only circle left. Which fit the bill of the season perfectly.
We also predicted that season 10 would be the last season of American Horror Story. And “take place” some way in hell, Being the last stop in Dante’s Inferno. Recently some information was released about AHS Season 10 that is making that theory also seem to be true.
We’re working on an idea for season 10 that I think people will love because it’s about reuniting fan-favorite actors to come back – because it might be our last season. It’s the last season we have contracted.
He also said another very interesting and very exciting fact about season 10…
The people who helped build this show into what it is, who believed in it from the beginning, have been contacted and are interested. So if you look at the iconography of the first three seasons, you can figure who I’ve gone to and who might be coming back.
So if we go by that statement we are expecting Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, and Queen Supreme herself Jessica Lange. And when we say expecting that just means they better be in the last season or we riot.
Now, as for the season “theme” or “title,” it’s still up in the air. Murphy stated before that Episode 8 of 1984 would contain a big hint to the next seasons plot… But that could be anything. Luckily an AHS fan account has broke down all the possibilities. (Be sure to click through the thread to see all of the theories!)
If you ask us, they could really play on the “Urban Legends” mixed with hell theme. If they have urban legends and AHS “legends” it would be a clever way to close out the series. (which we are not ready to say goodbye to.)
Granted FOX has the option of ordering new seasons, but with the Disney merger it’s up in the air. Ryan has previously stated that he feels this is a show that can “continue for several more years. Maybe the show will move to Netflix if a FOX contract isn’t drawn up.
Only time will now tell the fate of AHS Season 10 and it’s future! You can be assured that we will keep you all up to date with all the new details. We promise!
We don’t know about you, but we found love in a hopeless and spooky place. Horror movies are supposed to be scary, gory and unsettling. Certainly not the place to fall in love with someone… crazy someones… spooky someones… the hotties of horror…
Oh, but we did.
James Patrick March
Filthy rich, architect, philanthropist with a roaring 20s accent? Yes, please.
Confused, non-aging man from an alternate universe… Yeah, we’ll take him too.
Zombie boy with killer dimples (and motives), just wants to be loved. We gladly volunteer!
One word… Vampire. Our necks are open.
Who cares about his lobster claw-like hands with a gorgeous face like that? Not us.
Pennywise shows you what you fear most… I guess we’re terrified of attractive men dressed up, popping balloons.
Our dearest Tate. Our love, our life. Sure, he’s a bit crazy. But we’re just as crazy… about him.
What do you think about our list? We really nailed it, huh. Let us know what you think of our hotties of horror!
Spooky season is here and we’re celebrating all our favorite spooky supernatural tv characters, none of which are from the show Supernatrual weirdly…
1. Lucifer Morningstar – Lucifer – Angel / The Devil
TV Show: Lucifer | Actor: Tom Ellis
He’s funny, he dances, he sings, he solves crimes, he saves lives… What’s not to like? If Lucifer was on Tinder, we’d be the first in line to super-like him.
2. Lydia Martin – Banshee
TV Show: Teen Wolf | Actor: Holland Roden
Lydia was one badass banshee. She had the best plans, the best character development storyline, and the best hair too. What’s your secret, Holland?
3. Damon Salvatore – Vampire
TV Show: The Vampire Diaries | Actor: Ian Somerhalder
We’ll forever be grateful to The Vampire Diaries for giving us Damon. Ian Smoulderholder -uh, we mean- Somerhalder… was born to play him. And we were born to be obsessed with him.
4. Klaus Mikaelson – Hybrid
TV Show: The Originals | Actor: Joseph Morgan
We’d like to order a pumpkin spice latte, with a side of Klaus Mikaelson, please. It’s all we want for Halloween. (…and maybe a date with Pennywise too). Literally, just look at that smile. Run us over, it would hurt less.
5. Clary Fairchild – Shadowhunter
TV Show: Shadowhunters | Actor: Katherine McNamara
HELLO, another badass female with great hair. Someone tell us how Katherine McNamara always looks so flawless… it’s for science. If we could be any character on TV, we’d be Clary Fairchild. The chance to battle demons, with angelic powers, and look like that while we’re doing it? Sign. Us. Up.
6. Magnus Bane – Warlock
TV Show: Shadowhunters | Actor: Harry Shum Jr.
HELLO, a badass male with great hair. (Let’s be real, every Shadowhunters character had great hair). Ask us our favorite warlock of all time, the answer will always be Magnus Bane. He was basically the solution to every single problem, ever. Problem: Magnus has the exact same energy as Hotel: Trivago.
Bonnie Bennett and Kai Parker (The Vampire Diaries) Sookie Stackhouse and Eric Northman (True Blood) Alec and Isabelle Lightwood (Shadowhunters) Elijah and Freya Mikaelson (The Originals) Sam and Dean Winchester (Supernatural) Tate Langdon (American Horror Story) Scott McCall and Void Stiles (Teen Wolf) Nick Burkhardt and Monroe (Grimm) Hope Mikaelson (Legacies) Bo Dennis (Lost Girl)
So you know Murder House, right? It’s the staple location that any AHS fan can pin-point. Well, it’s actually a real place that was up for sale a few years ago. And though we tried ourselves to save up for it (we sold a lot of lemonade), we just couldn’t get the money in time.
The couple, Ernst Von Schwarz and Angela Oakenfold, that we’re lucky enough to buy Rosenhiem Manor, claim for it to be haunted. But not by what you think… They claim the house is haunted by AHS itself. Why? Well, the mass amounts of fans that come each day to take pictures outside the house.
The couple had no idea of the show and the houses history. They say that they feel “cheated out of money” because the realtor failed to disclose the houses fame.
Damn you, Marcy.
They say that they’ve had to deal with numerous trespassers on property and even people breaking in… Wow, the missed opportunities to act out Episode 2 (if you know you know). But also… maybe they were just trying to find Tate because… we get that.
Eventually, the couple even went as far as putting a large fence up but… the fans weren’t letting that get in the way of their visit. It should have been bought from FX or Ryan Murphy himself and turned into a AHS museum, if you ask us.
One more thing, the couple claims the house is actually haunted… so… we’re just gonna go by some milk real quick. And by milk we totally mean we’re going to go and see Tate now that it’s confirmed he’s real.
We love our boy Evan. Like a lot, a lot. If you don’t believe us, just check out our Evan Peters Appreciation Post. He’s perfect, but since the “Dark Pheonix” release we’ve been wondering what’s next for him? Well we’ve got you covered!
HBO is in pre-production for “Mare of Easttown”, a new limited series. Along side Peters, the show will feature actors Julianne Nicholson (“Monos”), Jean Smart (“Life Itself”), Angourie Rice (“Black Mirror”), Cailee Spaeny (“On the Basis of Sex”) and David Denman (“The Replacements”), and the amazing Kate Winslet.
The show takes place in a small town set 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA. Winslet plays a detective, Mare, going through hardships as she is investigating a local murder. When things don’t go her way a new detective, Colin Zable (Evan), steps in to take over the case.
Creator Brad Ingelsby (“American Woman”) is writing every episode and will serve as showrunner, Gavin O’Connor (“The Accountant”) will direct the entire project. They executive produce alongside star, Kate Winslet.
So basically this show is in super safe hands and is going to be amazing!
There is no real reason for us making this, other than the fact that we’re just so in love with Evan Peters.
Evan Peters is one of those rare actors that each generation only have a few of. And our generation has been graced with Evan.
We’re sure that you know Evan from hit show American Horror Story, but do you know his first few gigs? His independent movies? Well, we got ya covered!
His First Gig
Let’s go back to 2004 when times were easier, and Evan was just starting acting. His first gig was a movie called Clipping Adam, and he played the title character. Just look at that hair!
His First Theatrical Release
His second gig ever was actually his first movie to be released in a theater. That’s pretty amazing if you think about it. In fact, you may know this movie. It was a staple in any young girls coming of age. Evan plays Russell or Spongebob alongside Alexa Vega (Spy Kids) in the movie Sleepover. We love that dorky smile so much.
His “Big Break”
A lot of people don’t actually know this, but Evan most likely graced your television screen before you even realized it. Did you ever watch Disney Channel in 2004? More specifically, did you ever watch a little show called Phil Of The Future? Probably. Well here’s a fun fact for you, Evan played the adorable quirky nerd Seth Wosmer. You know… the one that had a ‘naughty dream about improper fractions,’ … Yeah, that’s our boy, Evan! I don’t know about you but this is when he became my (Jace) first crush… ever.
In between Phil of the Future and AHS you may have missed Evan in a few other movies that you know. He’s in Never Back Down, Kick-Ass, and The Lazarus Effect.
Some TV shows you may have been quick to miss him guest starring in include Criminal Minds, One Tree Hill, Monk and even The Office as Michael’s nephew!
Pardon the interruption, but we just wanted to inform you that Evan played Prince Eric in a Little Mermaid short with Funny or Die.
Can we just talk about how cute and soft little Evan is!
We’re craving Corn Pops all of a sudden.
We stan Rockstar Evan.
He’s never sour… Only sweet… Beautiful… Dreamy… And perfect.
Esquire Singapore Magazine Cover Shoot
When this issue dropped, so did we. Never have we seen such a beautiful photo shoot.
Like… how is he even real? Esquire even took it a step further and blessed us with a cute BTS/Interview video from the photoshoot.
In conclusion, Evan is just literally the perfect person. He is the ultimate dream guy. He’s beautiful, charming, and a goofball. He just recently changed his social handles to @EvanPeters, but before that, we were blessed with @TweetsOnYourFace on Twitter and @BooBooDaddy on Instagram… Oh, those were the days.
You can catch Evan in his upcoming movie I am Woman, which is set to release next month. You can also do what we do practically everyday and just binge-watch AHS.
We could honestly go on about his movies, shows, appearances and just all around perfectness but that would just go on forever.
We just really really love Evan. And you should, too. You should also follow him and spam him with the love he deserves.
