You Can Text These Celebs! No, We’re Not Kidding.

Move over Twitter, there’s a new way to try and contact your favorite celeb! Community is a new service that offers a safe and secure bridge for people to connect with a mass audience. Through text!

Halsey, Ian Somerhalder, and even Sir. Paul McCartney are some of the few celebs that have already joined the ranks of Community.

Now we understand that this may seem unbelievable, and a scam, but we promise it’s not. Basically, you text the number provided for the specific person, and you receive an automatic text in order to be subscribed to their “contacts.” Now some texts are automatic to send out updates, kind of like a tweet. But they also actually respond!

We took the liberty of doing some research and created a fancy table. As we find more we promise to update the table!

Donnie Wahlberg Tips IHOP Server $2,020 On New Years

Wahlberg

On January 1st, 2020 actor / musician, Donnie Wahlberg dined with his wife, actress Jenny McCarthy, at an IHOP in St. Charles, Illinois.

Sure, serving two of the biggest stars in Hollywood would come as a surprise, but an even bigger surprise is the tip that Donnie left.

He also wrote “Happy New Year” and “2020 tip challenge” on the receipt. The tweet has been flooded with replies of people condoning his generosity!

We love seeing people do good! Pay it forward and Treat People With Kindness!

Jared Leto Turns 48 Today.

There’s people that when you see how old they’re turning you’re just like “Oh okay”. There are some people you’ll say “Ooh damn they’re that young… They look old af…”. And then you have people like Jared Leto…. Where you’re like “WTF WHERE IS YOUR YOUTH FOUNTAIN YOU YOUNG BEAUTIFUL PERSON YOU!?”

Jared turns 48 today and we just don’t understand how this man is pushing 50….

Photo: Dimitrios Kambouris / Getty Images

Like, excuse me sir…. Where? Is he drinking the water from Tuck Everlasting or something.

In case you wanted to see what young Jared looked like… Here’s a personal attack.

Photo: ABC Studios / My So-Called Life

Yeah… We know… My So-Called Life was a show that aired in 1994 that Jared played the swoon-worthy Jordan Catalano… You’ve probably heard that name from your mom. The show only lasted one season… We were barely alive and we’re not over the fact that we were cheated out of more Jordan.

Jared has certainly made a name for himself over the past 48 (still not over that) years that he has existed. From his highly successful music career with his band, 30 Seconds to Mars, to his praised acting career and all of his philanthropic work in between. Jared is a force to be reckoned with.

We don’t care what you think or say about his Joker. We’d do absolutely anything to see those hours of cut footage because… Damn boi.

Jared has been in notorious movies such as Fight Club, American Psycho, Panic Room, Dallas Buyers Club, Blade Runner, and many many more.

In fact, Jared has a very big and important movie coming up and is set to release in 2020. He’ll be playing Dr. Michael Morbius in the movie Morbius.

Now if you don’t know who or what that is, let us explain. Jared Leto will be playing a Spider-Man antihero that is… Ready for this one… A VAMPIRE. Kind of fits his brand, huh? We just know that we need Jared Leto, Tom Hardy, and Tom Holland all in the same movie. And we could possibly get it. WE ARE CROSSING EVERYTHING!

Now before we go we just wanted to leave you with a special treat- uh- behind the scenes picture of Morbius.

Again… He’s 48 years old.

The Best Of “I’m gonna tell my kids…”

This one was a bit too soon.

We’re not laughing at all…

Yes.

This one is just too close to the truth.

Legends being legends.

*Cue spit take*

We believe it.

Get us right in the feels, why don’t ya.

But they’re not lying…

Probably the most accurate one we’ve seen.

All The Celebrities Between Two Ferns

Between Two Ferns

Everyone knows and loves the Funny Or Die web series Between Two Ferns. And if you don’t… do you live under a rock?

If you somehow don’t know what Between Two Ferns is, it’s a web show where Zach Galifinakis ‘interviews’ celebrities. And by interview we mean he totally roasts them and makes them uncomfortable af. And we love it.

Between Two Ferns

Each episode is between 3 and 6 minutes long, and there are 22 episodes spanning over the shows 10-year run. And with the last episode airing over a year ago… we were due for a new one.

And Netflix being the amazing thing that it is… created Between Two Ferns: The Movie.

In the movie, we meet a fictional Zach Galifinakis, who is filming a documentary of himself for some reason and is given an ultimatum to give Will Ferrell (the actual founder of Funny Or Die) 10 episodes of Between Two Ferns in three weeks. If he does he gets his dream gig of being a talk show host. So, Zach takes his team out on the road and finds celebs with their impeccable tracking skills. But not without his two ferns.

From then on, the film gives cameo after cameo. You might have even missed some, so we’re gonna break all of the celeb cameos seen in the movie!

Matthew McConaughey

Alright, Alright, Alright. The movie literally opens with this gem. Sure he ‘died’ but we got a wet Matthew McConaughey.

Keanu Reeves

Let’s be honest, are we even surprised by this cameo? Keanu Reeves just shows up in things and we go “Yup, makes sense.” Because…he’s Keanu.

Will Ferrell

Will Ferrell was a guest on the show many years ago, and he actually is the co-founder of Funny Or Die in real life. They also fictionalize this fact in the movie, while still playing himself (kind of).

Chance The Rapper

This interview birthed one of the best lines in the film. When told that Chance has a brother who is also a rapper Zach counters with, “What is his name? Community Chest The Rapper?” It’s safe to say we died of laughter.

Rashida Jones

Anneeeeeeeee Perkins! Rashida makes a brief ‘pre-interview’ cameo, but it’s nothing short of funny!

Adam Scott

Between Two Ferns

Another Parks & Rec Alum shows up and gets quite the insult. But we’re living for it.

John Cho

Between Two Ferns

John Cho from Harold and Kumar makes a brief appearance in a quick montage of Boom Boom (Jiavani Linayao) turning down celebrities.

Jason Schwatrzman

Another brief yet beautiful moment in Boom Boom’s montage.

Brie Larson

Between Two Ferns

We see a wide-eyed and uncomfortable Brie Larson between two ferns. With Zach taking stabs at Captain Marvel and her personal life… how can we not laugh at the awkwardness.

Dave Letterman

Between Two Ferns

David is the first interview on Zach’s road trip journey, and they have a hilarious back and forth moment by taking shots at each others shows name.

Paul Rudd

Between Two Ferns

We just like really love Paul Rudd here. Everyone knows that Paul is quick-witted and hilarious, and he definitely brings that and his ‘perfected’ Jewish-ness to the ferns.

Chrissy Teigan

Between Two Ferns

We stan this woman and absolutely everything she does. Even her hitting on Zach Galifinakis. Because it’s funny… She also claims to be the reason for Mr. Rogers‘s death.

John Legend

between two ferns

Going to get revenge on Zach sleeping with his wife, John plays the sickly sweet part in the interview, only to maize Zach at the end.

Jon Hamm

Between Two Ferns

In real life, Jon Hamm was actually in the third episode ever on Between Two Ferns, making this a cute little easter egg for long fans of the show. Here he makes a stab at Bradley Cooper, and fans of the show will also get the reference too because Bradley and Zach would always fight. Making us laugh. Hard.

Hailee Steinfeld

Between Two Ferns

With Hailee, Zach jokes about her movies and her former relationship with Niall Horan. She wasn’t having it.

Awkwafina

Between Two Ferns

Hilarious and awkward (see what we did there).

Tiffany Haddish

Between Two Ferns

Hi. Yes. We love Tiffany Haddish. Zach may not, but we do.

Benedict Cumberbatch

Between Two Ferns

The third Marvel hero to appear in the movie, Benedict, takes some name botching at the hands of Galifinakis. Along with being slammed for ‘selling out’ in the MCU.

Tessa Thompson

Between Two Ferns

The Queen of Asgard! (you should have seen Endgame already so we’re not sorry) This film is just packed with our favorite heroes, huh? She certainly is a hero without a cape in this interview when telling it like it is.

Peter Dinklage

This is possibly the best interview of the whole film. And yes, part of it has to do with the fact that it’s Peter Dinklage. But…it’s Peter Dinklage. While in the interview, the crew is stealing his expensive Faberge eggs so that they can get money for the rest of the trip. And it’s so so so so funny.

Gal Gadot

Between Two Ferns

After fulfilling Ferrell‘s ultimatum, Zach got his talk show “Ferns” whose first guest is no other than Gal Gadot! How is she even real? We need her skincare routine ASAP.

Well, that’s it! That’s all the celebrity cameos in Between Two Ferns! These interviews are somewhat scripted and fake. It’s mainly improv on Zach’s part which causes many many many blooper takes. And we’re blessed enough to see them as the credits are rolling!

Let us know what your favorite cameo was on Twitter!

10 Times Celebs Trolled Paparazzi

Celebrities are constantly hounded by paparazzi and they all handle it differently. Some let them be, some get angry and throw their cameras, but then there are the gems that decide to get a laugh out of it.

Here are 10 times that celebs trolled paparazzi.

Jim Carrey

Photo: Splash News

In 2008, when Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy were still together, the pair got swarmed by paps trying to get pictures of the date. The couple was quick to get a laugh out of the situation. The two went to the bathroom so Jim could throw on Jen‘s bathing suit himself. Honestly, we don’t expect anything less from him.

Joe Jonas & Sophia Turner

Photo: Just Jared

Quite possibly our favorite couple ever, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner never pass up the opportunity to troll the paparazzi when they can. On multiple occasions, the pair have caught paparazzi sneaking pictures, and in return, they strike crazy poses and mock them. We stan.

Andrew Garfield & Emma Stone

Photo: Splash News

When the two were still a couple, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were once having a nice meal in a restaurant. When they found out paps were outside, the two were quick to use the opportunity to raise awareness.

Benedict Cumberbatch

Photo: Matthew Horwood

With the same idea in mind as the pair above, our dear Avenger Benedict Cumberbatch pulled the same stunt … as well as a few faces:

Photo: Pacific Coast News

Leonardo DiCaprio

Ah yes... Leo… The man of a thousand disguises. The paps will never know it’s him.

Cara Delevingne

Photo: INSTAR Images

Cara was just trying to enjoy a nice night out with then girlfriend St. Vincent, good thing they had a plan to deflect the paparazzi.

Tom Hiddleston

Our favorite villain (that we love with everything in us), is constantly proving why he is the perfect Loki. Tom Hiddleston may or may not intentionally be doing this, but he wears the same outfit … every day. It sucks for paps because the pictures are harder to sell without a time stamp. He’s the god of Tricks and Mischief for a reason.

Pete Wentz

Pete Wentz, bassist, residential goofball, inventor of guy-liner, and professional paparazzi troll.

Jennifer Lawrence

Photo: Raymond Hall

As if we needed another reason to add to the list of why Jennifer Lawrence is perfect.

What do you think? If you were a celeb, what would you do to troll the paps? Let us know!

Doppelgängers of Hollywood

Everyone’s said to have a doppelgänger, even our favorite celebs. But some celebs are doppelgängers of other celebrities!

Sure there are look-a-likes in the world. But then there are look-a-likes. To the point where it is borderline terrifying.

Katy Perry & Taylor Schilling

Separated at birth? Probably.

Victoria Justice & Nina Dobrev

Has anyone actually ever seen them in a room together? Because we swear they’re the same person!

Taylor Swift & Zeena Lavey

Talk about blast from the past!

Kiernan Shipka & Emma Watson

Both are intelligent, beautiful and inspirational!

Isla Fisher & Amy Adams

We’re not just saying this because they’re gingers…

Emma Mackey & Margot Robbie

Margot is even stopped in public with people commenting on how good she was in Sex Education.

Kyle Richards & Kacey Musgraves

doppelganger

Mother and daughter?

Lili Reinhart & Britney Murphy

lili and britney doppelganger

We will stand by the fact that they are sisters until the day we die!

Javier Bardem and Jeffrey Dean Morgan

doppelganger

We get their roles mixed up all the time! Which one killed our guy Glenn, again? We just need to know who to send our glitter bomb to. Payback.

And finally our personal favourite.

Rob Lowe & Billy Hargrove

rob lowe doppelganger

BUT LOOK. If you tell us that Billy Hargrove was not modeled after Rob Lowe in the 80s we will actually fight you. It’s not confirmed nor denied… But like…. LOOK!

What do you think of our doppelgängers list? Did we miss any? Let us know!
